NetBox Labs and NEYON AI announced a strategic partnership on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, that lets NEYON AI customers deploy the NetBox Labs infrastructure intelligence platform as part of the AI factory the company builds and operates. NEYON AI provides an all-in-one software platform and physical execution layer that delivers AI factory deployment and operations from start to finish, and its AIOps Engine will now combine the physical asset topology from NetBox, covering every rack, graphics processor, switch, cable, power unit and internet address, with real-time diagnostic signals to pinpoint the root cause of problems. NetBox already supports 90% of the world’s top neoclouds, including CoreWeave and TensorWave, and the partnership is meant to deepen that reach.
Why AI Factories Need A System Of Record
AI factories are going up faster than people can manage them by hand, and that speed is the problem the partnership addresses. Automation is only as good as its system of record: it needs to know both how the infrastructure is configured today and how it was intended to be. When those two pictures diverge, one bad change in a graphics processor cluster can take an entire AI factory offline.
Tamanna Sait, chief executive and co-founder of NEYON AI, put it bluntly: the hardest part of building an AI data center is not getting the processors, but turning space, power and hardware into capacity that serves its first token in record time, and then keeping that capacity productive every day after. With NetBox, she said, every automated action a customer takes is checked against an authoritative record of intended state, from day one.
The platform features NEYON customers can now add cover the full buildout. NetBox Designs and NetBox Asset Lifecycle connect every step, from design and bill of materials through procurement to racking servers. NetBox Discovery and Assurance automatically detect drift between intended and actual state. NetBox Visual Explorer lets teams rapidly view and navigate large-scale data center and network footprints. As a result, customers start with a trusted system of record on day one instead of retrofitting one onto a facility built from spreadsheets.
What NEYON Brings To The Pairing
NEYON AI handles AI factories from physical bring-up to day-to-day operations, and its AIOps products provide telemetry correlation and diagnostics across compute, network and critical environments. The goal is proactive detection, isolation and remediation before minor component failures escalate into catastrophic AI job crashes, using a vendor-neutral architecture that plugs into a customer’s existing data center management, telemetry and ticketing systems.

That combination matters because AI factories fail differently from ordinary data centers. A single stalled training run can burn through enormous amounts of expensive compute, and a misconfigured fabric can silently slow every job on it. Catching drift between what was intended and what is actually running is therefore not an administrative nicety but a direct defense of the most expensive resource in the building: the processors themselves.
The Bigger Buildout Behind The Deal
Kris Beevers, chief executive and co-founder of NetBox Labs, said some operators are now deploying more in a quarter than most enterprises deploy in a decade, and the number they care about most is time to first token. Moving that fast leaves no time to guess, he said, which is why one authoritative record of what a facility is supposed to be has become a selling point rather than a back-office detail.
The partnership also builds on NetBox Labs’ Datacenter Acceleration program, and it arrives as more enterprises bring AI infrastructure on premises for sovereignty and cost reasons. NEYON AI is making graphics processor fabrics and liquid-cooled facilities simpler to run, Beevers said, and together the two companies are giving those teams a proven foundation to build on. The NetBox Labs platform is available through NEYON starting today, and customers can purchase the cloud deployment option as part of NEYON AI’s solution and offerings.
Why It Matters
This matters because the AI infrastructure race is now limited less by chips than by the ability to deploy and operate them reliably at speed. Every week a factory sits half-built or misconfigured is a week of lost token revenue, and the operators that systematize deployment will outrun those still managing infrastructure from spreadsheets, while cloud providers are opening up to rival chips and agent infrastructure is being built out in parallel. A system of record sounds unglamorous next to a new model launch, but it is what turns a building full of processors into a factory, and neoclouds are still raising money to build exactly that capacity on rival hardware.
Background
NetBox Labs is the commercial steward of NetBox, the open-source infrastructure system of record trusted by more than 10,000 organizations for over a decade, and its platform powers systems at companies including Arm, CoreWeave, J.P.
